Observation
Why should we be thankful to God?
Application
Do I have a grateful heart that thanks God for His faithfulness, delieverance, and power?
Prayer
Dear Father, I give You thanks and proclaim Your deeds publicly. I will sing praise to You and tell about all Your wonderful works! I honor Your holy name, and my heart rejoices in You. I search for You and Your strength, and I seek Your face. Help me to remember the wonderful things You have done for me and throughout history. I thank You that you are faithful and remember Your covenant for a thousand generations. You always keep Your promises, and You bless, protect, provide for, and deliver Your people. May You alone ever be praised. Amen.

- E – Emotions (emotional health as well as guarding against letting emotions rule)
- S – Social (relationships with family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, church, etc)
